  • Patent number: 11501050
Abstract: A design for an analog mixed-signal (AMS) circuit is accessed. An assertion for verifying the behavior of an analog signal in the AMS circuit is also accessed. The assertion is expressed in an assertion language for AMS circuits. A processor verifies the assertion against the predicted behavior of the analog signal in the AMS circuit. In various embodiments, the assertion language contains predefined classes for assertions in the temporal domain, for assertions in the frequency domain, and for assertions based on functional dependencies of an output analog signal on an input analog signal.

  • Publication number: 20150089683
Abstract: This disclosure provides transgenic plants having enhanced traits such as increased yield, increased nitrogen use efficiency and enhanced drought tolerance; propagules, progeny and field crops of such transgenic plants; and methods of making and using such transgenic plants. This disclosure also provides methods of producing hybrid seed from such transgenic plants, growing such seed and selecting progeny plants with enhanced traits. Also disclosed are transgenic plants with altered phenotypes which are useful for screening and selecting transgenic events for the desired enhanced trait.

  • Publication number: 20080010703
Abstract: Polynucleotides and polypeptides incorporated into expression vectors have been introduced into plants and were ectopically expressed. The polypeptides of the invention have been shown to confer at least one regulatory activity and confer increased yield, greater height, greater early season growth, greater canopy coverage, greater stem diameter, greater late season vigor, increased secondary rooting, more rapid germination, greater cold tolerance, greater tolerance to water deprivation, reduced stomatal conductance, altered C/N sensing, increased low nitrogen tolerance, increased low phosphorus tolerance, or increased tolerance to hyperosmotic stress as compared to the control plant as compared to a control plant.

  • Patent number: 5558368
Abstract: A fiber reinforced plastic composite chassis incorporates flexible panel suspension structure between generally rigid chassis members, to accommodate, dissipate and absorb bending and torsional loads encountered by the chassis.

  • Patent number: 5364296
Abstract: A paddle for a narrow canoe or kayak-type boat has a crossbar the end portions of which extend downwardly to create an inverted U-shape, with the blades being at the lower ends of U. Handgrips, preferably including either forearm rests or wrist rests for the tops of the forearms or wrists as well as handgrips, enable the user to operate the paddle in a broad sweeping motion, with both blades being inserted into the water and pulled back simultaneously, eliminating the yaw effect of either double-ended kayak paddles or single-bladed canoe paddles.

  • Patent number: 4887420
Abstract: A mower deck assembly including a unitary housing with an upper, dome-shaped portion is fabricated from a plastic or laminate material. A modular drive including blade spindles and a belt drive is assembled onto a rigid flat metal suppport plate, and the plate is lifted into position within the housing with the drive received within the dome shaped portion. The support plate is fastened to the housing, and is isolated therefrom with elastomeric material to reduce noise and vibration and seal out dust. The dome-shaped portion and the plate define a drive housing which encloses the drive and protects the spindles and belt drive from the environment. The plastic or laminate material can be easily and inexpensively formed to provide the curved surfaces and the like for the housing with the loading being absorbed by the metal support plate.
