  • Publication number: 20230166885
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic pallet (1) with an upper part (2) provided with female foot parts (4, 4?) and skids (3, 3?) provided with male foot parts (5, 5?). The male foot parts (5, 5?), together with the female foot parts (4, 4?), form feet (21, 21?), with the foot parts (4, 4?) of the upper part and the foot parts (5, 5?) of the skids (3 3?) being fastened to one another by means of snap connections (6). Each male foot part (5, 5?) includes at least two snap hooks (8), which are arranged with mirror symmetry in pairs and which each have a hook head (9) with undercut (91), a snap arm (8?) and a rear side (10), the undercuts (9?) of the hook heads (9) facing away from one another and the rear sides (10) of the snap hooks (8) facing towards one another. Each female foot part (4, 4?) includes at least one latch element (7), into which the hook heads (9) are engaged, forming a snap connection (6) in each case. The female foot parts (4, 4?) are integrally connected to the upper part (2).

  • Publication number: 20230150712
Abstract: A plastic container (1) with a base (2) and mutually opposite side walls (3, 4) has reinforced corner portions (5) at each of its corners on the outside. The corner portions (5) are of double-walled design, an outer wall (6) extending upwards on the outside in each case from the level of the base (2) over part of the height of the side walls (3, 4). The double-walled corner portions (5) have cavities (7), which extend continuously from top to bottom and are subdivided by one or more ribs (8, 8?). The corner portions (5) formed with the continuous cavities (7) provide advantages in production by injection moulding, the core tools achieving a longer service life thanks to better heat dissipation. When the plastic containers (1) according to the invention are being cleaned with water, the continuous cavities (7) allow more hygienic cleaning, the water being able to drain out without any residues being left behind.

  • Patent number: 11584563
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic pallet comprising an upper part, which is provided with outer and central female foot parts, and runners, which are provided with outer and central male foot parts. When plugged together with the female foot parts, the male foot parts form foot elements, and the female foot parts of the upper part and the male foot parts of the runners can be secured by means of a snap-fit connection. The female foot parts have an outer wall which surrounds their respective male foot parts. The outer wall of the outer female foot part extends over the entire height of the outer male foot part such that the outer male foot parts of the runners can be completely slid into the outer female foot parts of the upper part in such a manner that the outer wall of the outer female foot part together with the runner forms a support surface.

  • Patent number: 11420791
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic pallet having an underside provided with skids and an upper side, wherein one skid runs along the centre of the plastic pallet and the skid along the centre has a handle which may be gripped from the underside of the pallet. The handle is preferably arranged on the underside of the central skid preferably parallel to the surface of the upper side and preferably along the central longitudinal axis of the central skid.

  • Patent number: 11273955
Abstract: A stackable container includes a step-shaped edge at upper ends of side walls and, on the outer side of the side walls, a projection resting on the step-shaped edge. Openings at lower edges of the side walls open into a collecting channel which extends along the base and is connected in one piece with the base and which collects small quantities of liquids passing through the openings. The projection covers the collecting channel and, together with the outer wall of the collecting channel and the step-shaped edge of the container located therebeiow, forms a free space, into which larger quantities of liquids can pass and flow into the lower container. Extinguishing water, sprayed over the stack of containers in the event of a fire, can thus pass from the upper container into the lower containers of the stack and extinguish a fire in a lower region of the stack.
