Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for creating a discipline map for a user and using the discipline map to assess the knowledge and experience of the user in a designer/developer context for a project. The discipline map may represent one or more attributes and an ability level the user possesses for one or more attributes. An attribute can be a set of skills associated with designer tasks and/or developer tasks of a project. A skill can be obtained through training and experience and a skill can predict whether the user can successfully complete the task.
