  • Patent number: 11995717
Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method for approving a dynamic mortgage application. In one aspect, the method may include determining a customer is approved for a mortgage and determining a real estate property is mortgage ready, including calculating an appraisal value for the real estate property based upon the information about the real property retrieved from a computer file or memory location/address (such as by using a machine learning or artificial intelligence algorithm). The method may still further include comparing the calculated amount the customer is approved for a mortgage loan with the calculated appraisal value of the real estate property; and approving the mortgage application of the customer for the real estate property when the calculated amount the customer is approved for the mortgage loan meets, or exceeds, the calculated appraisal value of the real estate property.

  • Patent number: 11978001
Abstract: A system to provide an automated data driven risk relationship review tool via a back-end application computer server of an enterprise. A resource allocation data store may contain electronic records representing requested resource allocations between the enterprise and a plurality of entities. The server may receive an indication of a selected requested resource allocation and retrieve, from the resource allocation data store, the electronic record associated with the selected requested resource allocation. The server may automatically calculate a first and second review date for the selected requested resource allocation and automatically establish, between at least two parties, a communication link based on the calculation of the first review date for the selected requested resource allocation.

  • Patent number: 11951505
Abstract: According to some embodiments, a system and method for dispensing a floor coating in a specified ratio of multiple components is disclosed. The system and method may set and maintain a desired ratio of the multiple components by controlling, with a controller, a drive rate of respective pumps configured for propelling the components from a reservoir to a mixer or a dispenser. The controller may be responsive to at least one of a measured actual drive rate, an environmental condition, an actual usage of each component, and an operational parameter of the system, for adjusting a drive rate of the respective pumps to compensate for discrepancies that may affect the ratio of the multiple components.

  • Patent number: 11940657
Abstract: A fiber optic connector assembly is mated with a bracket on a printed circuit board at one end and inserted into a backplane adapter that is adjacent a backplane. In particular a spring push in slidingly attached to the bracket and also to the housing of the fiber optic connector assembly. The housing of the fiber optic connector assembly insertable into the backplane adapter using passive alignment features. A fiber optic ferrule in the fiber optic connector assembly is biased in a forward direction by a spring in the spring push. At the same time the spring allows for movement of the spring push within the housing to allow for movement of the printed circuit board relative to the backplane adapter.

  • Publication number: 20230290117
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for generating multi-class machine learning classifiers using a plurality of hyper-trained binary classifiers to perform both characteristic detection and object type classification. A range associated with a characteristic of the data sought to be classified may be divided into a plurality of sub-ranges that can be ordered. A plurality of binary machine learning classifiers can be generated, with each binary classifier associated with one of the sub-ranges. Each binary classifier of the plurality of classifiers may be generated by training the classifier to determine if a given input data set contains a characteristic within or outside of the sub-range associated with the binary classifier. Once the binary classifiers have been trained, they can be used to determine what value within the range of the characteristic an input data sample has, and may be used to determine other properties about the input data.
