    Abstract: A cage for housing animals, particularly for dangerous animals like venomous snakes, is disclosed. The cage has at least two compartments, one of which is an externally sealable drawer that can be removed from the cage by sliding it from the other component, thus permitting removal of the animal from the cage without handling the animal.
