Abstract: A cigarette protector device used by a person smoking a tobacco cigarette. The device is comprised of a double-walled cylindrical tubular element having a plurality of small apertures and a mouthpiece portion. The device completely encases the smoker's cigarette. The cylindrical encasement reduces the distribution of ash from the cigarette and, further, serves to keep the hot ash or smoldering tip of the cigarette from contacting any flammable or injurable surfaces in the smoker's environment.
