Abstract: A tracking and monitoring shoe that includes a tracking device comprising a controller, a battery in electrical communication with at least one solenoid and at least one permanent magnet, a plurality of lights, a microphone, and a speaker. The tracking device may be implanted within a portion of the shoe, defined as the tracking section. The plurality of lights may be operable to emit light from a sole of the shoe and the plurality of lights and the tracking device may be electrically connected to the battery. The battery may be configured to be rechargeable when a walking motion translates the at least one permanent magnet. Furthermore, the tracking device may be configured to activate the plurality of lights, microphone, and speaker when the tracking device detects the shoe has reached or transcended a boundary.
