Abstract: Provided herein are methods of decreasing leukocyte extravasation from a lymph or blood vessel into a tissue in a mammal, methods of decreasing fluid leakage from a lymph or blood vessel in a mammal in need thereof, methods of decreasing formation of atherosclerotic plaques in a mammal in need thereof, and methods of treating atherosclerosis in a mammal that include administering to the mammal an oligonucleotide that decreases Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 4 (Map4k4) mRNA expression in an endothelial cell. Also provided are methods of identifying a candidate agent useful for decreasing leukocyte extravasation or decreasing fluid leakage from a lymph or blood vessel in a mammal, and compositions containing an oligonucleotide that decreases Map4k4 mRNA expression in an endothelial cell and additional therapeutic agents.

In some implementations, the mobile device can be configured to provide a plurality of types edits (e.g., filters, effects, etc.) that can be applied to the image, a selection of one or more edit types can be received, movement sensor data can obtained describing movement of the mobile device, and the selected edits can be applied to the image based on the sensor data.

A data file can be created that can include the first and second card designs and association information regarding the card designs and the member groups.

Abstract: Some embodiments provide tools that allow a user to share content on one device with multiple other users using different devices. The content sharing tools allow the user to (1) create a shared stream that represents a set of shared content and (2) invite one or more recipients to subscribe to the shared stream. When a recipient subscribes to the shared stream, the set of content is streamed across one or more of his or her devices. In some embodiments, the content sharing tools are provided as part of an image organizing and editing application.

In one aspect, a representation of a bookshelf having a plurality of shelves is displayed. A collection of pre-generated digital photo collections is accessed. A plurality of digital photo collections is displayed, wherein the digital photo collections are positioned on the bookshelf, wherein the digital photo collections represent types of printed media, and wherein the displayed digital photo collections include at least one digital photo collection that was created based on user input and at least one pre-generated digital photo collection. User input indicating a selection of a pre-generated digital photo collection is received. User input indicating an image to be included in the selected pre-generated digital photo collection is received. A digital photo collection is generated based on the selected pre-generated digital photo collection that includes the user indicated image.
