Abstract: A method and system of providing guidance and information to customers by presentation of a virtual avatar. The virtual avatar is controlled in real-time by a remote customer service agent. The method includes sharing images of a physical space with the customer service agent, and enabling the customer service agent to project a virtual avatar on the physical space such that the virtual avatar appears to interact and move through the physical space. The dynamic projection of the virtual avatar is received by the customer as an augmentation of their own view of the physical space.

Abstract: A method and system of intelligently alerting and/or routing vehicles to improve driving safety is disclosed. The method includes sharing data collected by vehicles in different locations to determine whether the presence of dynamically moving objects such as animals and pedestrians will affect traffic conditions for other vehicles on the nearby roadways. If the system determines there is a likelihood of such objects being obstacles to other vehicles, an alert can be automatically presented to the drivers of the impacted vehicles. The method further includes generating routes for the driver that avoid, or limit, the driver's exposure to the obstacle.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and storage media including instructions for resolving technology issues is described. One of the methods includes receiving, by at least one processor, a session record of user producing a technical error on a computer system. The method includes providing, by the at least one processor, the session record for resolution to a processing system. The method also includes providing, by the at least one processor, a potential solution to the technical error.

Abstract: A method may include receiving image data representative of cash acquired via one or more image sensors, identifying a first currency depicted in the cash based on a plurality of images associated with a plurality of currencies, and determining a currency conversion rate between the first currency and a second currency. The method may also include generating a visualization representative of a currency value of the cash in the second currency based on the currency conversion rate and overlaying the visualization on the image data.

Abstract: A system may include an image database having a number of images, such that each of the images is linked to a respective organization of a number of organizations. The system may also include a financial database having financial information associated with the number of organizations. The system may also include a processor that receives image data representative of an object, determine an organization associated with the object based on a comparison of the image data with at least one image of the number of images in the image database and a correlation between the at least one image with the organization, and retrieve financial data regarding the organization from the financial database. The processor may then generate visualizations regarding the financial data and overlay the visualizations on the image data.
