Abstract: The present invention is directed to methods and systems for implementing a procurement change request process. The method includes receiving a request to edit a requisition order from a requestor. The requisition order has been previously completed and the requisition order includes a lines. The method further includes receiving updates to at least one of the lines, and based on the received updates, updating the at least one of the lines of the requisition order. Further, the method includes determining that the at least one of the lines has been sourced to a purchase order, in response to the at least one of the lines being sourced to the purchase order, creating a requisition change request for the at least one of the lines, and updating the purchase order with the updates to the at least one of the lines of the requisition order.
