  • Publication number: 20240144188
Abstract: A system is configured to track and provide objective behavioral data of employees based upon an employee's engagement with communications, resources, tools, and other content distributed via an organization's information systems and software. This behavioral data may be combined into an employee profile that includes employee demographic and employment information and may be analyzed by an artificial intelligence or expert function to provide a quantitative metric that describes the likelihood that the employee will depart an organization during an upcoming time period. A dashboard is provided that summarizes and visualizes quantitative metrics and other employee information and provides tools for creating a retention plan for particular employees. When selecting actions for a retention plan, an employee profile is updated to reflect the action and re-analyzed to provide a quantitative metric describing the net effect of the action on employee retention.

  • Patent number: 11970045
Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments for providing temperature control for to a temperature-controlled storage compartment in a tunnel of a vehicle. The tunnel extends from a first side of the vehicle, such as the passenger side, to a second side of the vehicle, such as the driver side. The vehicle also includes a refrigeration module that is moveable on a shuttle of the tunnel. The refrigeration module includes a temperature-controlled storage unit configured to open and close in accordance with a path defined by an accessibility assembly. The shuttle transfers power from a power source, such as a battery, to the temperature-controlled storage unit, for example, to provide temperature control even when the vehicle is powered off. Accordingly, the refrigeration module provides a space-efficient system for ensuring prolonged temperature control of items stored in the temperature-controlled storage unit.

  • Publication number: 20240067104
Abstract: A mobile device mounting system includes a device case and a mount. The device case includes: an insert including a rectangular bore and defining a set of undercut sections about the rectangular bore; and a first set of magnetic elements arranged in a first pattern about the rectangular bore. The mount includes: a body; a polygonal boss extending from the body and configured to insert into the rectangular bore; a set of locking jaws arranged on the polygonal boss configured to transiently mate with the set of undercut sections to constrain the polygonal boss within the rectangular bore; and a second set of magnetic elements arranged in a second pattern about the polygonal boss and configured to transiently couple to the first set of magnetic elements to transiently retain the mount against the device case and to drive the set of locking jaws toward the set of undercut sections.

  • Publication number: 20170236151
Abstract: Advertising systems, advertising devices, and methods for providing a targeted ad are described. An advertising system includes an advertising channel, one or more imaging devices that obtain image data containing images captured at or near an advertising channel, and a computing device. The computing device analyzes the image data to determine that one or more individuals are present at or near the advertising channel, determines that at least one individual of the one or more individuals present at or near the advertising channel are engaged with the advertising channel, and determines at least one of one or more demographic features of the at least one individual, and one or more psychographic features of the at least one individual. The advertising channel provides a targeted ad to the at least one individual based on at least one of the one or more demographic features of the at least one individual and the one or more psychographic features of the at least one individual.

  • Patent number: 6851710
Abstract: Attachment assemblies are provided for attaching airbag components, such as inflatable curtain modules and tethers, to surfaces inside a vehicle. The attachment assemblies may include a clip with a tapered stud having a circular or rectangular cross-sectional shape that can be pressed into a corresponding opening of the vehicle surface. Each of the tapered studs may have a plurality of branches designed to reduce the force required to insert the tapered stud into the corresponding opening. Additionally, each clip may have a flange with a contoured shape designed to fit closely to its associated vehicle surface and to position the airbag component properly for deployment. A tether may be routed, or removably attached to ensure positioning for proper deployment, through the use of one or more attachment assemblies that permit breakaway of the tether from each attachment assembly. Curtain modules may be more permanently affixed to the attachment assemblies.
