    Abstract: Devices and methods for detecting defects in reinforced concrete using eddy current detection technology are disclosed. In one aspect, a method for detecting defects in reinforced concrete may include the steps of: providing a probe with a plurality of eddy current sensors disposed along a circumferential direction of the probe; inducing an eddy current in a reinforcing structure of the reinforced concrete with at least one of the plurality of eddy current sensors; and detecting a circumferential and longitudinal location of a defect in the reinforcing structure of the reinforced concrete with at least one of the plurality of eddy current sensors.
