    Abstract: Techniques for universal data transmission to multiple cloud storage platforms are described. A universal data transmission system includes a data integration framework, a set of serializers, a plurality of authenticators, a plurality of transports, and a cloud connection service. The cloud connection service is capable of loading the data from an on-premise device to each of the plurality of cloud storage platforms. The cloud connection service receives a selection of a cloud storage platform for the cloud connection service to load the data and configures a plurality of channels based on the category of the collected data and the selected cloud storage platform to a specific configuration. The cloud connection service selects a specific serializer, a specific authenticator, and a specific transport, which are pluggable to form the transmission route connecting the on-premise device to the selected cloud storage platform.

The cloud service system comprising, a cloud server, and a plurality of edge devices, wherein at least one edge device in the plurality of edge devices is connected to the cloud server through a network, said at least one edge device further connected to a plurality of data collectors, wherein the at least one edge device is configured to obtain at least one contextual data set from the at least one of the plurality of data collectors, aggregate the at least one contextual data set obtained from the at least one of the plurality of data collectors, train at least one of the aggregated contextual data set to create a data model, and push the data model to the cloud server to update at least a portion of a cloud data model. The querying of the telemetry dataset may be performed by initially using a semantic dataset. In an example, initially, the semantic dataset is queried by executing a first query comprising a query tag to identify a first data endpoint from amongst the plurality of data endpoints. Thereafter, a reference unique identifier which is linked with the first data endpoint is obtained to query the telemetry dataset by executing a subsequent query comprising the reference unique identifier. As a result of execution of the subsequent query, the telemetry data pertaining to the first data endpoint is retrieved.
