Abstract: A chair assembly has a supporting frame and a separate seat and back section. The supporting frame is made of metal and has four legs and at least two horizontal side bars. The seat and back section has a seat portion, a back portion, a seat sock fitted over the seat portion, and a back sock fitted over the back portion. Each sock has a fabric material formed into a sock-like configuration having an upper layer and a lower layer, with three sides being sewn or stitched together, and having one open side, and having a Velcro™ lip along the open side. Each side bar of the seat portion is connected to a separate horizontal side bar of the supporting frame.
