    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to devices and methods for determining a target analyte in a sample (e.g., a bodily fluid sample such as sweat, blood, urine, lavage, plasma, saliva, tears) using an analysis device (e.g., a bodily fluid analysis device). The device may include a lateral flow assay in some embodiments. Certain embodiments involve determining a concentration of a target analyte in a sample by generating a volumetric calculation of the sample and/or by use of a non-target analyte. The devices and methods can be used for obtaining and processing a sample to determine the presence and/or concentration of such analytes. In some cases, the methods and/or devices can be used to determine impairment (e.g., drug impairment) in a subject.
