A computing device: receives data associated with a data container, which defines given event associated with respective probabilities at the data container, the given events comprising respective criteria to control a communication device to perform respective given actions associated with the one or more given events; and alters the data container based on the data, by altering one or more of: a probability, a given action and criteria associated with a given event. When the probability meets a given threshold condition, the communication device is controlled to perform the given action based on the criteria. When the probability does not meet the given threshold condition the communication device is controlled to one or more of: decline to perform the given action; inquire as to whether the given event occurred; and perform a further given action.

Abstract: A system for operating a distributed ledger implementation for tracking and monitoring entity resources receives a resource configuration control and configures a distributed ledger that includes multiple gateway nodes to record resource transfer activity of resource rights allocations between the entity, the user account, and combinations thereof in a blockchain. The system communicates with an oracle service to verify resource transfer requirements for each resource rights allocation. The system transfers entity resources to a first party in response to the oracle service verifying that the resource transfer requirements were met by the first party and the entity. The system writes a resource transfer record into the blockchain in response to the oracle service verifying that the resource transfer requirements were met.

Abstract: In the present invention, the use of the TAS1R3 receptor as a biomarker for application in cancer diagnosis, monitoring, and therapy is described for the first time. In this sense, the authors of the present invention have demonstrated that TAS1R3 is a biomarker of interest in oncology, useful for the diagnosis of the disease, and capable of providing relevant information thereupon, to monitor the evolution, select the treatment, and selectively direct therapeutic molecules. It has been determined that it is possible to identify therapies against this receptor, and that it is also possible to direct conjugates and controlled release systems of drugs, such as nanoparticles, observing a very effective intracellular accumulation thereof in primary, disseminated and metastatic tumor cells.
