Abstract: The present invention relates to a 360 degree continuous working wrench. The wrench comprises a handle with an open-ended portion and a ratchet mechanism within the open-ended portion. The ratchet mechanism is mounted in the open-ended portion for 360 degree rotation. In one embodiment, an indexing arm is provided to cause a driving block to engage the external knurls of the ratchet mechanism during an operation for rotating a member to be loosened or tightened. In a second embodiment of the wrench, an indexing arm and an indexing pin are provided to engage a surface of the member to be tightened or loosened.
