Abstract: The present invention relates generally to the field of exercise equipment. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improved full body workout device that is designed to allow a user to exercise every muscle in the body. The device comprises at least two pairs of weighted sliders for the hands and feet of a user, wherein each slider comprises a track ball that allows each slider to slide along a surface such as the ground. Each slider is further comprises plurality of controls to allow the user to lock the track ball in place to make each slider immobile, and may also comprise a control that allows a user to select the intensity of the exercise being performed with the device.
