  • Publication number: 20230408107
Abstract: A cooking appliance includes a muffle to define a cooking chamber in which a hot air system is arranged to form a receiving space the hot air system between a muffle rear wall and a front wall of the hot air system. Hot air flows from the receiving space into the cooking chamber through air passage openings in the front wall. A cooking chamber divider separates the cooking chamber into first and second cooking chamber regions in an end position in which the cooking chamber divider overlaps with the front wall, when viewed in a depth direction of the cooking appliance and/or in a height direction of the cooking appliance. The cooking chamber divider has a front-wall-facing side with an edge region adjacent to the front wall and formed with an uneven flow conducting structure to deflect hot air through the air passage openings into the first cooking chamber region.

  • Publication number: 20230408103
Abstract: A household cooking appliance includes a cooking compartment for receiving food to be cooked, a cooking compartment divider received in the cooking compartment for dividing the cooking compartment into different cooking compartment sections and designed for removal from the cooking compartment, and an identifying facility configured to identify the cooking compartment divider in the cooking compartment and to adapt an operating state of the household cooking appliance to the cooking compartment divider in response to an identification of the cooking compartment divider.

  • Publication number: 20230408101
Abstract: A cooking appliance includes a housing and a plate-shaped cooking chamber divider which divides a cooking chamber into upper and lower cooking chamber regions. A cooking food support can be inserted into a cooking food support slide-in level in the upper cooking chamber region at a distance from an upper face of the cooking chamber divider, such that the distance between the upper face of the inserted cooking chamber divider and an upper face of the inserted cooking food support is between 10 mm and 30 mm, and/or the upper cooking chamber region has a fixedly arranged heating element, with a distance between the upper face of the inserted cooking food support and the heating element in the upper cooking chamber region and/or an upper rim of a boundary flange which defines a loading opening of the cooking chamber is between 160 mm and 210 mm.

  • Publication number: 20230383959
Abstract: A plate-shaped cooking compartment insert includes a base plate and a heating element arranged on an underside of the base plate. The heating element is arranged on a side remote from the underside of the base plate such that, at least in one region, the heating element is exposed downward. A delimitation web is formed on the underside and has at least one region which borders the heating element peripherally. The delimitation web overlaps with the heating element in height direction of the cooking compartment insert such that a lateral protection against touching the heating element is formed, when viewed in horizontal direction. The delimitation web has at least one region which is offset inward relative to a peripheral edge of the base plate, so that a region between the peripheral edge and an outer side of the delimitation web forms a handle zone for carrying the cooking compartment insert.

  • Publication number: 20230375191
Abstract: A cooking appliance includes a housing having a cooking compartment including a cooking compartment divider slide-in level, and a plate-shaped cooking compartment divider designed for positioning in the cooking compartment on the cooking compartment divider slide-in level to divide the cooking compartment into an upper cooking compartment region and a lower cooking compartment region. A hot-air system supplies hot air into the cooking compartment. A wall delimits the cooking compartment and includes ventilation openings, through which the hot air of the hot-air system is supplied into the cooking compartment. The ventilation openings, viewed in a height direction of the cooking appliance, are arranged only above the cooking-chamber divider slide-in level.

  • Publication number: 20230366560
Abstract: A cooking compartment insert for detachable installation in a cooking compartment of a cooking appliance is formed to be plate-shaped and includes a base unit designed as a frame that is open upward and downward and configured to delimit a free space, and a heating element arranged on the base unit on a side that is remote from an underside of the base unit such that, at least in one region, the heating element is exposed downward. The heating element is arranged in the free space surrounded by the frame, and arranged to be upwardly and downwardly exposed in relation to the frame.

  • Publication number: 20230272921
Abstract: A cooking system includes at least two individually controllable cooking stations. Each cooking station is operably connected to a degree of cooking monitoring apparatus which ascertains a degree of cooking of food to be cooked at the cooking station. A coordinating facility is connected to the cooking stations for data communication and sets operating parameters of the cooking stations and receives a target cooking time end common for the cooking stations. The cooking system determines during a cooking process running at the cooking stations an expected cooking time end in response to an ascertained degree of cooking, and adapts in the event that the expected cooking time end for at least one of the cooking stations does not match the common target cooking time end an operating parameter for the this cooking station such that the common target cooking time end is achieved during running operation by this cooking station.
