The preferred embodiments of the present invention further relate to methods of treatment and pharmaceutical compositions using benzodiazepine derivatives that provide suppression, alleviation and prevention of neuropathic pain, migraine-related pain and inflammatory pain with reduced sedative and ataxic side effects.
