  • Publication number: 20240070787
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide tools and techniques for the automated generation of a series of sets of collection worklists for collection agents. Consecutive sets of collection worksheets may be created in a series over any selected time interval, for example weekly, daily, or monthly. Worklists for one time interval can be combined into worklists for other time intervals. The generation of a collection worklist for a selected time interval can include several processing and monitoring steps implemented with machine learning or artificial intelligence. The collection worklists may then be provided to collections agents, collections managers, or downstream software modules to inform and guide the collection activities undertaken by collections agents.

  • Publication number: 20240070678
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide tools and techniques for the automated prioritized ranking of collection customers for accounts receivable and collections management processes. In some embodiments, one or more computing systems may repetitively generate a prioritized list of collection customers requiring collection activity. The prioritized lists can be generated at selected time intervals, for example daily, weekly, or monthly. The generation of the prioritized list for a selected time interval can include several processing and monitoring steps implemented with machine learning or artificial intelligence. The prioritized list may then be provided to collections agents, collections managers, or downstream software modules.

  • Patent number: 11074231
Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for processing hierarchical data structures, for example, XML (extensible markup language) documents. A tree view shows a visual representation of the input schema and the output schema and visual representations of associations between nodes from the input schema and output schema. A grid view shows mapping statements configured to map the input hierarchical data structure conforming to the input schema to an output hierarchical data structure conforming to the output schema. The grid view and the tree view are synchronized such that modifications performed using any one view result in corresponding modifications being presented in the other view. Modifications to mapping statements are validated to determine if path expressions used in the mapping statements are valid in the modified mapping statements.

  • Patent number: 8731983
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for analyzing the business rules, business metrics, and decision parameters for a firm or organization, processing a subset of such data to form output, and offering access to selective views of such output including evaluation and comparative data regarding execution of such business rules, information on corresponding business metrics or sets of business metrics, information on corresponding decision parameters or sets of decision parameters or scenarios, and other useful analytic information which can help a firm or organization evaluate and modify business policies based on said rules, metrics, and parameters. In addition to said rules, metrics and/or parameters, the data for the business rule analysis can include conventional historical data or hypothetical data based on simulations which the current system and method provide based on prescribed random and non-random algorithms.

  • Publication number: 20120239680
Abstract: Various embodiments of systems and methods for generating database scripts for executing business rules in a database runtime environment are described herein. A method includes retrieving one or more business rules from a rule repository, identifying a format of the business rule, based upon the identified format, selecting a script generator code for generating one or more database scripts for the business rule, and sending the generated database scripts to a database for execution in the database runtime environment. The execution of generated database scripts in the database runtime environment ensures a faster and efficient execution of business rules. Further, the business rules can be retrieved from a business rule management system (BRMS) where the rules can be easily composed by business users. Importantly, the method enables an efficient generation of the business rules using BRMS along with efficient execution of the generated business rules in the database runtime environment.
