Abstract: A system includes one or more client instances of a client hosted by a platform, in which the one or more client instances include an agent portal. The agent portal may receive a request from a customer related to a customer issue, determine a context for the customer issue based on one or more attributes, and determine a subset of actions as recommended actions based on factors to resolve the customer issue. The factors may include the context, historical data associated with the customer, and/or a client interest associated with the client. Moreover, the agent portal may rank the recommended actions as ranked recommended actions, display the ranked recommended actions for selection by the agent, and provide a guidance corresponding to a selected recommended action.

The case management application may use trained machine learning routines to identify the output information based on input information. A designer of the case management application may configure the case management application. For example, the designer may select the trained machine learning routines that are accessed by the case management application to adjust how the case management application identifies output information.

Abstract: A computing system and method dynamic multi-factor ranking for prioritizing tasks, and in particular, tasks relating to servicing of problem reports in a managed network, is disclosed. The computing system may be disposed within a remote network management platform and be configured for management of problem report sent from reporting stations in the managed network. The computing system may thus receive a plurality of problem report messages from one or more reporting stations, and may then compute a multi-factor ranking of the messages based on dynamically selected factors associated with each message. The multi-factor ranking may then form the basis of a prioritized list of the messages, and the prioritized list may be displayed on a display device of the computing system. The prioritized list may thus provide a basis for prioritizing tasks related to servicing the reported problems.

Abstract: A visual task management board may include multiple task records that includes information associated with the respective task records. The task records may include an action status field that displays if the task is actionable or is blocked. Further, if the task is blocked, the visual task management board may display why the action is blocked. Additionally, information associated with blocking of the task may be stored. If a task is not blocked, the visual task management board may display if the task needs attention, indicative that acting upon the task is urgent. The action status of a task may be based at least in part on action taken by a user of the visual task management board, such as via an action performed on the visual task management board.
