  • Patent number: 7954062
Abstract: A system and method for monitoring computer applications comprising an application component table comprising a plurality of applications and application functions, wherein the applications comprise data identifying a functional status of the applications; a processor adapted to analyze the functional status of the applications based on the data; and a single status board user interface adapted to display the functional status of the applications, wherein the processor is adapted to predict when a running time of an application will be completed. The processor is adapted to determine whether the application functions fail when the applications are running; diagnose a cause of failure of the application functions; and indicate the cause of failure to a user. The processor is adapted to reconciliate information across processes supporting the applications. The system and method is adapted to send alerts to the single status board user interface of errors found in the processes.

  • Patent number: 7886342
Abstract: A computer implemented web based access control facility for a distributed environment, which allows users to request for access, take the request through appropriate approval work flow and finally make it available to the users and applications. This program also performs an automatic task of verifying the health of data, access control data as well as the entitlements, to avoid malicious user access. The system also provides an active interface to setup a backup, to delegate the duty in absence. Thus this system provides a comprehensive facility to grant, re-certify and control the entitlements and users in a distributed environment.

  • Patent number: 7606742
Abstract: A method and apparatus for pre-processing electronic data requests within the EDI subsystem layer and within the order fulfillment application system. An order interceptor, third-party Available To Promise (ATP) interface, pseudo-sales order workbench, and the reject acknowledgment system processes are provided within the order fulfillment application system to accomplish the pre-processing. The order interceptor performs an asynchronous availability check before a sales order is posted. The result of the ATP check is stored in an ESO, and is applied during the posting process with unique user exits. The result of the ATP check is also used to determine key information about the sales order, such as the sales organization, and division and distribution channels. The pre-processor uses business rules to determine if the ESO should be split into multiple documents for requests satisfied across multiple sales areas.

  • Patent number: 7444295
Abstract: A computer implemented Availability Checking Tool wherein tool users work within a common work environment, from common enterprise data, and considering assets and demands across multiple order management systems and manufacturing facilities within boundaries established by manufacturing specifications, process flows and business policies. Tool users can easily maintain a synergistic relationship between orders from multiple demand sources or ordering systems. A demand configurator receives demand information from each demand source and coordinates product requests in accordance with customer request rules and priorities. A supply configurator receives manufacturing and planning data from a planning source and manipulates the received manufacturing and planning data to create new supply data. A material resource engine provides material supply information from the new supply data, the received demand information following product supply rules and priorities.
