Abstract: A computer-implemented method of exchanging cash for electronic payment is disclosed. The method includes the steps of registering a first payment account with a money exchange server using a first user computing device, establishing communication between the first user computing device and the money exchange server, and transmitting a request for cash. The method also includes the steps of establishing communication between the money exchange server and a second user computing device providing access to a second payment account, where the second payment account is associated with a second user, transmitting the request for cash to the second user computing device, and accepting the request via the second user computing device. The method further includes the steps of transmitting an acceptance message from the second user computing device to the money exchange server and location information of the first user computing device to the second user computing device.
