    Abstract: A synergistic antialgal composition comprising substituted fluoroalkyl diphenylethers and lysozyme in a ratio to each other which exhibits synergism is disclosed. A particularly effective combination is based on oxyfluorfen and lysozyme for use in protecting aqueous systems, such as latices and cooling water systems, from algal growth.
