Abstract: An AI-based system and method for automatically providing adaptive security posture recommendations using dynamic knowledge graphs are disclosed. The AI-based system initially obtains infrastructure data from data sources. The AI-based system further generates the dynamic knowledge graphs in real-time based on the obtained infrastructure data by scanning cloud APIs. The AI-based system further retrieves relevant elements from the generated dynamic knowledge graphs, by performing semantic searches within vector databases based on one or more graph queries. The AI-based system further generates the adaptive security posture recommendations based on the retrieved relevant elements using a large language model (LLM). The AI-based system automatically provides the generated adaptive security posture recommendations, as an output, to users through user interfaces associated with electronic devices of the users.

Abstract: An AI-based system and method for automatically orchestrating development operation tasks within dynamic computing environments, using an action registry are disclosed. The AI-based system initially obtains natural language instructions from users. The AI-based system further processes the natural language instructions to extract objective data from the natural language instructions. The AI-based system further generates execution plans by analyzing the objective data using an LLM. The AI-based system further automatically orchestrates the development operation tasks by generating actions using a selection of tools from the action registry, for executing the development operation tasks identified in the execution plans. The AI-based system further generates comprehensive reports associated with the execution of the development operation tasks, along with orchestration results.
