  • Publication number: 20230224148
Abstract: Aspects and embodiments of the present invention relate to a method and system for generating a private cryptographic key for use in a secure cryptogram for transmission between a first entity and a second entity. The method may comprise: selecting a random vector defined in an n-dimensional vector space shared between the first entity and the second entity, the vector comprising one or more component coordinates defined in the n-dimensional vector space, each component coordinate being associated with one or more bits; determining the one or more bits associated with each component coordinate comprised in the random vector; and generating the private key in dependence on the one or more bits associated with each component coordinate comprised in the random vector.

  • Publication number: 20180046766
Abstract: A hardware device and/or software system providing a method of timestamping, indexing, securing, and transmitting biomedical information (such as DNA sequences, patient chart notes, lab tests, diagnoses, radiology results, and similar information) along with metadata associated with this information (such as date, time, author); using a public or private distributed cryptographic hash ledger method to create a stable, tamperproof index that permits auditing and tracing information transit over an or several electronic networks/transmission methods; optionally compressing and/or encrypting information using secure encryption methods such as quantum-safe/quantum-secure/quantum-resilient methods that secures the key and the payload independently, and then storing the information on a local electronic device or computer, such as a DNA sequencing machine, or transmitting the information over an electronic network or storing it on a removable device.

  • Patent number: 8635920
Abstract: A particle detector (10) has a particle sensing surface (12) and a detecting layer (13). Provided on the particle sensing surface (12) is a random arrangement of projecting dactyls (15) which form boundaries to confinement cages (14). Only those particles having a size and shape that permits them to fit into the confinement cages between the dactyls are detected. The particle detector (10) advantageously is adapted to identify a large variety of different particles using the same detector.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 3, 2006
Date of Patent: January 28, 2014
    Assignee: ImmunoClin Limited
Inventors: Railton Frith, Dorothy Bray, Kadija Benhlassan-Chahour, Vadim Strizhov, Maxim Karban
