  • Patent number: 9956535
Abstract: A container for accommodating high-viscosity materials, such as liquid concrete. The container has at least one bearing sleeve, which extends through a wall opening and is fastened in the container wall in a liquid-tight manner. A shaft extends through the bearing sleeve in such a way that an annular gap is left open. A shaft seal, which bridges the annular gap and is made of elastomeric material, is located at the container-interior end of the bearing sleeve. A lubricant is applied to the annular gap from the container exterior. The invention is characterized in that the shaft seal has, on the side thereof radially facing the shaft, a conveying thread that supports the conveying of the lubricant in the direction of the container interior, which conveying thread advantageously communicates with the container interior via a check valve open to the container interior.

  • Patent number: 9221625
Abstract: A conveying pipe for transporting solids includes a pipe body and a pipe collar connected to at least one end of the pipe body. The pipe collar and the pipe end are coupled to each other by an interference fit at least in some sections in a coupling region in a longitudinal direction of the pipe body. In the coupling region, an anaerobically hardening adhesive is optionally arranged in craters or depressions. The conveying pipe is produced by roughening the pipe collar inner surface and/or the pipe end outer surface in a coupling region, cleaning the pipe collar inner surface and/or the pipe end outer surface, applying an anaerobic hardenable adhesive the pipe collar inner surface and/or the pipe end inner surface, and pressing the pipe collar onto the pipe end and/or pressing the pipe end into the pipe collar.

  • Patent number: 8074686
Abstract: Transport pipe for high viscosity materials, in particular for concrete. The transport pipe includes an inner pipe (10) made of an abrasion-resistant plastic, at least one metallic joint element (12), as well as a reinforcing jacket (14) which envelops at least the internal pipe. In order to ensure a reliable and enduring joint between inner pipe and joint element, it is proposed in accordance with the invention, that the radially projecting collar of the joint element is defined by a ring-shaped end face (20) and by a thereto joined ring step (22) extending radially towards the inside of the pipe and recessed axially from the ring-shaped end face, and wherein the plastic material of the inner pipe (10) engages in the ring step (22) from the inside of the pipe.

  • Publication number: 20100224272
Abstract: The invention relates to a circular distributor for thick materials, in particular for liquid concrete. The circular distributor comprises a support frame (10) mounted on a base (16), a frame-secured conveying pipe (24) which can be charged at an inlet end (26) with thick materials under pressure, a first pipe bend (30) coupled to the outlet end of the frame-secured conveying pipe (24), a second pipe bend (34) which, via a first articulated coupling (32), can be pivoted with respect to the first pipe bend (30) about a vertical axis (36) of the support frame (10), and a distributor pipe (44) connected to the second pipe bend (34), the outlet end of which distributor pipe has an outlet opening (48) for the thick materials.

  • Patent number: 7210201
Abstract: The invention concerns a clamp coupling for coupling pairs of pipes. Such clamp couplings are used, for example, for coupling concrete conduits from concrete pumps. This clamp coupling (10) comprises two clamp shells (16, 18) which, in the coupling state, define a circular opening (14) for the passage-through of the pipes. The coupling shells can be pivoted relative to each other via a pivot linkage (20) at their one end, and have a locking mechanism (26) provided at their other end. In order to be able to fasten the clamp coupling (10) even in confined spaces, the locking mechanism (26) comprises a locking hook (30) which, in the closed state, positively grasps a latch pin (24) provided on the other coupling clamp (16), and pulls the clamp shells (16, 18) towards each other at their point of separation (28) opposite the linkage (20).
