  • Patent number: 9517869
Abstract: A screw cap for separation of a sealing film or foil that is sealingly attached to a rim of a neck of a container as the cap is removed from the container. The screw cap has a complementary thread to the thread on the neck of the container for installation of the cap on the neck. The screw cap can be unscrewed at any later point in time. When the screw cap is unscrewed from the neck, the cap includes a knife with an edge positioned to separate the sealing film from the rim 11 of the neck 3 by radially starting from the periphery of the rim and progressing inwardly.

  • Patent number: 9505506
Abstract: A device for simultaneously filling at least two foods of different compositions, predominantly in a thick fluid and/or pasty form, into a container, particularly a transparent plastic cup, having a valve head with a nozzle inlet opening and nozzle outlet openings for the food and fed by dosing devices, wherein the controller has a control disc (23) rotatable about a longitudinal axis (22) in the valve head (1) having control openings (25a, 25b, 25c) distributed about said longitudinal axis (22) on a first control circuit path (24), said control openings being alignable during an incremental rotation of the control disc (23) alternating in succession with auxiliary nozzle inlet openings (26a, 26b, 26c) of a stationary control surface (27) of the valve head (1) lying below in a planar manner, wherein auxiliary nozzle inlet openings (26a, 26b, 26c) are arranged on a second control circuit path (24?) congruent with the first control circuit path about the longitudinal axis (22) in the control surface (27) such t

  • Patent number: 7971739
Abstract: A closure for a container with a cap connecting to a neck of the container has at least one cutter edge placed around a central axis internal of the neck. The edge cuts through a closure film as axially displaced on a holding sleeve, which is held centrally by the cap with a flexible skirt. The holding sleeve contains a component for mixing with the contents of the container. A screw cap holds an initial non-puncturing position and, a stop position after additional screwing on, at which the film is punctured. The cap remains permanently on the neck of the container, and includes a pouring opening. In the stop position, the container contents flow toward the pouring opening. When the screw cap is back into its initial position, flow to the pouring opening is interrupted.

  • Publication number: 20110155687
Abstract: In a method for the at least partial detachment or separation of a sealing film or foil 14 that is sealingly attached to a rim 11 of a neck 3 of a container, vessel, bottle 1, or the like, which rim 11 has a circular sealing surface 12 and the neck 3 has a male thread 4 and a center axis 5, and a screw cap 7 having a female thread 6 complementary to said male thread 4 is screwed down onto the male thread 4 of the sealed neck 3 whilst the screw cap 7 can be unscrewed at any later point in time, as desired, when the screw cap 7 is unscrewed from the neck 3, said sealing film 14 is at least partially detached from said rim 11 of the neck 3, radially, starting from the periphery of the rim and progressing inwardly toward the center axis 5, to be subsequently lifted off from said rim 11.

  • Publication number: 20090026165
Abstract: The invention relates to a closure for a container containing a contents, particularly a bottle or the like made of plastic, glass or the like, with a cap, particularly made of plastic, for sealingly connecting to a neck of the container having an edge, with at least one cutter edge, which is placed around a central axis of the cap in the area of the internal width of the neck and which serves to cut through a closure film when the at least one cutter edge is axially displaced through the closure film. The cutter edge is placed on a holding sleeve, which is held in an essentially central manner by the cap by means of a flexible skirt and is to be displaced relative to the cap toward the closure film. The holding sleeve contains a component provided for mixing the contents of the container.

  • Publication number: 20080290060
Abstract: In the case of a closure for a container having a content, in particular a bottle or the like made from plastic, glass or the like, with a cap, in particular made of plastic, for sealing connection to a neck of the container, which neck has an edge, with at least one knife edge, which is arranged around a central axis of the cap in the region of the clear width of the neck and is intended for severing a sealing foil, which is sealed onto the edge, during axial displacement of the at least one knife edge through the sealing foil, a screw cap which can be screwed onto and can be unscrewed from the cap is provided, during the screwing-on of which the at least one knife edge can be displaced in the direction of the sealing foil, wherein this screw cap has an initial screwing position, in which the sealing foil is still undamaged, and, after further screwing, an end-stop screwing position, in which the sealing foil is pierced by the at least one knife edge.
