  • Patent number: 10808381
Abstract: A hydraulic lifting mechanism suspension has a main valve in the activation position whereof at least one hydraulic accumulator is connected to a connection line of the lifting mechanism suspension acting in the lifting direction or to working line of the lifting mechanism suspension acting in the lifting direction. The lifting mechanism suspension is deactivated via a deactivation position of the main valve, while at the same time a connection for recharging or filling the hydraulic accumulator is opened.

  • Patent number: 7677351
Abstract: An electrohydraulic steering system includes a steering unit, triggerable via a user control element, for supplying a steering motor with pressure fluid. As a function of the actuation of the user control element or as a function of an external signal, the steering motor can be supplied with an additional quantity of pressure fluid via a steering valve. A blocking valve is located in the flow path of the additional pressure fluid and can be put in a blocking position in order to block the flow path of the additional pressure fluid to the steering motor.

  • Publication number: 20080202841
Abstract: Disclosed is an electrohydraulic steering system comprising a steering unit (4) that can be triggered via a control element (2) and is used for supplying a steering motor (6) with pressure medium. The steering motor (6) can be supplied with an additional amount of pressure medium via a steering valve (28) in accordance with the actuation of the control element (2) or an external signal. A check valve (29) that can be put in a blocking position in order to block the flow path of the additional pressure medium to the steering motor is disposed in the flow path of the additional pressure medium.

  • Patent number: 7392971
Abstract: Disclosed is an infinitely variable directional valve comprising a seat slide on which a valve cone is formed which is prestressed counter to a valve seat in the initial position of the directional valve. The directional valve is configured with a pilot control device wherefore a pilot control valve seat which interacts with a pilot control valve cone is provided inside the closing cone.

  • Patent number: 5913333
Abstract: In a hydraulically actuatable directional control valve the servo-piston of which is to be controlled by electromagnetically actuatable pilot valves of small nominal size developed as insertion cartridges integrated in the directional control valve housing, the hydraulic connection between the pilot valves and the directional control valve are effected via channels extending in the directional control valve housing, the channels in the directional control valve housing are produced as cast channels, in particular for mass production, and the connections of the pilot valves are adapted to the size and arrangement of these channels.

  • Patent number: 5490442
Abstract: A safety circuit for a servo-hydraulic regulating system for the hydraulic control and actuation of load units, such as operating tools on utility vehicles and agricultural machines. The controlling of the load unit is effected via a proportional valve which is actuated in dependence upon a pair of output signals of a measuring bridge in such a way that, in the event of a balanced measuring bridge, it assumes a neutral setting in which the operating line running to the load unit or emanating from the load unit is blocked. In order to prevent the lifting gear from executing a regulating reaction if the measuring bridge is out of tune when the servo-hydraulic regulating system is switched on, a safety valve arrangement is provided in the operating line.

  • Patent number: 5239912
Abstract: A circuit for limiting a static and/or dynamic pressure load in a hydraulically actuated use device which is controlled in a closed control circuit by means of a directional control valve and a mechanically or hydraulically releasable blocking device. Aa pressure control valve is arranged between the use device and the pressure relief valve and being adapted to discharge a hydraulic fluid from the use device to a tank when a predetermined hydraulic pressure in the use device is exceeded. The output port of the pressure relief valve is connected to a hydraulic control line is adapted to hydraulically connect the pressure relief valve to a control side of the control valve.
