    Abstract: A method of photographic transfer of an original pattern onto a substrate having a photo-sensitive coating comprises carrying out repeated partial exposures which together make up a complete exposure, with the pattern being renewed after each partial exposure. Such renewing includes either relative movement between pattern and substrate or exchange of pattern members having the same pattern.
