Abstract: An analog time indicating device for an instrument panel of a vehicle includes one or several clock faces with one or several means each for indicating the arrival time and/or the remaining travel time, wherein as means for indicating the arrival time and/or the remaining travel time, one or several mechanical hands are provided; an interface for integrating the analog time indicating device into data systems for receiving information from the vehicle, a navigation system provided in the vehicle included; a micro processor for processing and forwarding information from the navigation device; and one or several drive units, which are controllable by the micro processor, serving to drive the means for indicating the arrival time and/or the remaining travel time on the clock face.

Abstract: The invention relates to an operating element for technical systems in vehicles, comprising four separately operable key elements (8, 9, 10, 11) and a turnably supported roller (2), which can be moved by compression perpendicular to its axis of rotation (18), whereby the four key elements (8, 9, 10, 11) are placed crosswise and the turnably supported roller (2) is in the middle between the crosswise-placed key elements (8, 9, 10, 11), whereby the axis of rotation (18) runs parallel to the plane of the key elements (8, 9, 10, 11), and the movability of the roller (2) is perpendicular to this plane.
