  • Publication number: 20190174338
Abstract: A band monitoring device for a radio communication system in which each of a plurality of subscribers is allocated a fixed sequence of frequencies f to be used comprises: a detector to determine a time-frequency representation of a usage of at least one frequency band of the radio communication system; a memory to store the fixed sequences; and an evaluation unit to divide the time-frequency representation into a first component that is plausible with the fixed sequences and into a second component that is inconsistent with the fixed sequence.

  • Patent number: 6813944
Abstract: The flow sensor comprises a semiconductor device (1) on which a heat source and, symmetrically thereto, two temperature sensors are arranged. The semiconductor device (1) is arranged on an exterior side of a tube section (2), and a liquid, the flow velocity of which has to be measured, is led through the tube section (2). The temperature sensors and the heat source are in thermal contact with the exterior side of the tube section (2). It has been found that such an assembly allows to carry out flow measurements with high accuracy and sensitivity.

  • Patent number: 4511606
Abstract: The present invention describes a method for increasing the endurance of oil lubricated conical roller bearings, in which the guide surface is coated with a lubricating paint that is insoluble in oil. A coating of a molybdenum disulphide lubricating paint with a thickness of 3 to 8 .mu.m is preferred. The coated bearing also exhibits reduced friction and quieter running, even when the lubricating paint has been worn off.
