  • Publication number: 20170341282
Abstract: To form a multilayer plastic lens, a plurality of intermediate layers of a plastic material are injected one after another onto a basic part in an injection molding device in different cavities, wherein at least some of the cavities have a common first runner system with a common material feed. At least its [sic—“one”—“seine” is an obvious typo for “eine” meaning “one”—Tr.Ed.] outer layer consisting of a plastic material is then injected in a cavity by means of a second runner system, the second runner system having a material feed of its own and a control of its own.

  • Patent number: 9676024
Abstract: A conveying device for molten metal in an injection die casting unit, has a storage container for the molten metal and a conveying duct delivering the molten metal to a mold cavity. The conveying duct includes a cylinder bore with a piston disposed in an axially adjustable manner. A collection chamber, from which the molten metal is introduced through an onward line into the mold cavity upon axial displacement of the piston, is provided for the molten metal. An annular space, which is connected via at least one filling bore to the collection chamber, is formed between the outer wall of the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder bore. The filling bore, on an end which opens into the collection chamber, is closable by means of a valve body which is connected to an adjustable valve rod which is displaceably disposed in an axial bore of the piston.

  • Patent number: 9284100
Abstract: A hinged closure lid made of plastic for placing onto a container, has a main part which has a dispenser opening, a lid which is mounted pivotably on the main part and, in a closure position resting on the main part, closes the dispenser opening, and an actuating part which is mounted on the main part so as to be adjustable between an inoperative position and an actuating position. The lid can be adjusted from the closure position in the direction of an open position when the actuating part is actuated. The actuating part here is connected to the lid via at least one flexible web serving as a predetermined breaking point. The web is destroyed when the actuating part is first adjusted into the actuating position.

  • Patent number: 9266661
Abstract: A dispenser has a container and a spreading spring which is in engagement with the inner wall of the container and prevents movement of the sealing piston in a second direction which is opposed to the first direction. The spreading spring is made from synthetic material and has a central part from which a plurality of fingers arranged distributed over the periphery extend radially outwards. Each finger is connected to the central part in a manner articulated at its radially inner end and is in engagement at its radially outer end with the inner wall of the container. The central part and the fingers are constructed in one piece with one another and each finger is connected to the central part by way of a web, wherein in the region of the web a cutout is formed.

  • Publication number: 20150136812
Abstract: A dispenser has a container whereof one end is sealed by a sealing piston which, in relation to the container, is adjustable in a first direction. There is arranged, on the side of the sealing piston remote from a product chamber of the container, a spreading spring which is in engagement with the inner wall of the container and prevents movement of the sealing piston in a second direction which is opposed to the first direction. The spreading spring is made from synthetic material and has a central part from which a plurality of fingers arranged distributed over the periphery extend radially outwards. • Patent number: 8820590
Abstract: A deformable small packaging structure for free-flowing products has a valve-like closure (10) produced by a two-component injection molding process and including a dimensionally stable carrier element (11) and an outer jacket (12) which envelopes the carrier element (11) at least in part and has a flexible squirt-nozzle (16) with slotted openings. The outer jacket (12), in relation to the withdrawn squirt-nozzle (16), has a meander-shaped configuration adjacent to the squirt-nozzle (16). The squirt-nozzle (16), in relation to the withdrawn state, is configured as a pot-shaped recess. The outer jacket (12) has an inner annular flange (17) which engages in a recess of the carrier element (11) and is firmly connected therewith. Further, the outer jacket (12) has adjacent to the inner annular flange (17) a circumferential web (18) which engages in a groove of the carrier element (11) and is also firmly connected therewith.

  • Publication number: 20090145902
Abstract: A tamper-proof closure for a tube includes a tab which is placed at a distance to an end face of a neck of a tube. Connected to the neck by a perforate line is a membrane for sealing a discharge bore of the neck. The membrane has a neck-distal side which is formed in one piece with a ring defined by an outer diameter which is smaller than an inner diameter of the neck. The tab is connected to the membrane by a hinge by which the tab can be pulled upwards to allow the membrane to be yanked out from the neck by a user.

  • Publication number: 20090127294
Abstract: A deformable small packaging structure for free-flowing products, comprising a valve-like closure (10) produced by a two-component injection molding process and including a dimensionally stable carrier element (11) and an outer jacket (12) which envelopes the carrier element (11) at least in part and has a flexible squirt-nozzle (16) with slotted openings, should be constructed in such a manner that the squirt-nozzle (16) in withdrawn state occupies an extremely small space and that the change to the position clearing the openings is possible with little force application. According to the invention, the outer jacket (12), in relation to the withdrawn squirt-nozzle (16), has a meander-shaped configuration adjacent to the squirt-nozzle (16). The squirt-nozzle (16), in relation to the withdrawn state, is configured as a pot-shaped recess.
