The binder wire section and the dryer section are arranged at a distance from each other, so that the fibrous material web is led from the binder wire to the dryer fabric in a free draw. At least one air extraction device is arranged at the edge of the installation in the region of the distance between the binder wire section and the dryer section.

    Abstract: A reduction in the setting of rollers in a self-aligning roller bearing is provided. The self-aligning roller bearing has inner and outer bearing rings and rollers arranged at least in one roller row. The rollers have a curved lateral surface the direction of the rotation axis and has a radius, and roll over curved raceways of the bearing rings. The raceways are each assigned a groove point around which the curved raceway extends at a radial distance in the direction of the rotation axis. A pressure line intersects the rotation axis at an angle of 90° at a point where these rollers have their largest roller diameter, and the radius of the curved lateral surface is smaller than both radial distances.

The inner ring (20) is designed without rims on the axially outer sides, and the clamping rings (36, 38) take on the function of inner ring rims, the rolling bodies (24) running against inner run-on surfaces (50) of the clamping rings (36, 38) in the axial direction. On the basis of the at least partial positioning of the clamping rings (36, 38) axially below the cages (26, 28) or the outer ring (22), the clamping rings (36, 38) take on two additional functions in addition to the actual clamping ring main function of fixing the inner ring (20) on the shaft (16).
