  • Patent number: 6945276
Abstract: Valve with a displaceable actuating device that controls the movements of at least one actual sealing element for opening and closing, and the actuating device is loaded with an elastic element essentially in a perpendicular direction relative to the direction of displacement, and the longitudinal axis of the actuating device and the force exercised by the elastic element are aligned in one position of the actuating device between its two extreme positions. In order to realize a valve that can be electrically switched using minimal currents and that is characterized, in particular, by its small construction size but that is still able to achieve large regulating distances, the actuating device is a unilaterally constrained piezoelectric bending element.

  • Publication number: 20040035472
Abstract: A valve arrangement having electromagnetic actuation and valve elements that can be displaced by the effect of a solenoid acting against the force of a closing spring whereby the valve elements close in a sealing manner or open between valve seats of varying cross sections provided between the delivery passage and the discharge port. The first valve element (4) cooperates with a valve seat (3) having a large cross section and the first valve element (4) is provided with a passage (6) in the space upstream from the first valve seat (3) to a second valve seat (7) of smaller cross-sectional dimension whereby the second valve seat (7) cooperates with the second valve element (8) so that actuation can be simplified at reduced size and control of the valve elements can be designed in a simpler manner to be less susceptible to malfunctioning.

  • Patent number: 4787415
Abstract: The invention relates to a valve with at least one diaphragm valve element, two servo valve elements and an inverter valve element. The valve according to the invention is distinguished by impulse actuation.

  • Patent number: 4754693
Abstract: The invention relates to a 5/3-valve, which contains two separately controllable control members which are arranged coaxially with one another in the valve housing, are movable independently of one another and each bear two sealing surfaces which in the two end positions of the relevant control member engage with an appertaining valve seat of the valve housing. Such a 5/3-valve is distinguished by a very simple construction, compactness and a long working life.

  • Patent number: 4750521
Abstract: The invention relates to a 5/2-way valve in which the two control pistons with their inner end faces define the housing chambers which are provided with the connections for the removal of the pressure medium and are capable of limited free movement in an axial direction relative to the piston rod. Such a valve is distinguished by a particularly small size and a simple construction.
