  • Patent number: 6935180
Abstract: The present invention concerns a sensor diaphragm comprising a plurality of diaphragm layers which are arranged in sandwich-like mutually superposed relationship and which include a conveyor or separating diaphragm (1), a first electrically conductive diaphragm layer (2) arranged therebeneath, an electrically insulating diaphragm layer (3) arranged therebeneath and a second electrically conductive diaphragm layer (4) arranged therebeneath, wherein the first and second conductive diaphragm layers (2, 4) are separated from each other and electrically insulated by the electrically insulating diaphragm layer (3) and the second electrically conductive diaphragm layer (4) has portions (7) which engage through openings (5) in the electrically insulating diaphragm layer (3) and through openings (6) in the first electrically conductive diaphragm layer (2) and the electrically insulating diaphragm layer (3) has portions (12) which engage through the openings (5) in the first conductive diaphragm layer.

  • Publication number: 20040135322
Abstract: A flat sealing ring (1) for producing a fluid-tight coupling of two surfaces which are to be sealed against one another by means of a contact force, the ring (1) having an elastically deformable base ring (2), wherein a stiffening ring (3, 3′, 3″) is provided at at least one of the inner circumferential edge of the base ring (2) or the outer circumferential edge of the base ring (2), wherein the stiffening ring, at least perpendicularly to the ring plane, has a lesser deformability, or greater firmness, than the base ring (2), and wherein the height of the stiffening ring perpendicularly to the ring plane is less than the greatest height of the base ring (2) perpendicularly to the ring plane.

  • Patent number: 5472320
Abstract: A displacement piston pump has a drive shaft that is driven by a rotating motor. The pump includes a piston which is axially movable within a cylinder and is connected to a piston guide shaft. The drive shaft and the piston guide shaft are rotatably coupled to each other, but some axial movement is permitted between these two members. The drive shaft and the piston guide shaft are coaxially aligned with respect to each other. The piston guide shaft has a guide element connected thereto. The guide element is guided in a guide way. The piston stroke can be maintained with high precision. The piston guide shaft is rotatably and axially supported in a support housing. The support housing contains the guide way therein and a guide element is rigidly connected to the piston guide shaft.
