Abstract: A spray dryer system for transforming a liquid-solid suspension feed solution into a desirable output product. A drying chamber having a controller device that is configured to obtain a first input associated with properties of a desirable output product, obtain a second input associated with critical quality attributes (CQAs) of the desirable output product, and obtain a third input associated with operational process variables of the drying chamber to generate the desirable output product. The drying chamber is adapted to receive dispersed droplets of a feed solution. The dispersed droplets are generated based on the obtained properties, obtained CQAs, and obtained operational process variables, and thereby transforms the dispersed droplets into dry particles by drying the dispersed droplets by supplying a continuous flow of the air for drying. The dry particles are generated based on the obtained properties, obtained CQAs, and obtained operational process variables.

Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to a particulate co-processed pre-formulated excipient composition and methods for producing the same. In particular, the present disclosure provides a particulate co-processed pre-formulated excipient composition for enhancing dissolution rate of poorly soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient, wherein said excipient composition comprises a co-processed mixture of a filler-binder, a glidant, a disintegrant, a solubility enhancer, and a lubricant. The co-processed pre-formulated excipient composition has higher bulk density, bigger particle size, excellent flowability, good physical properties of excipient delivered good quality of tablet in terms tablet hardness, disintegration time and dissolution rate.

The alias information can then be sent to the other IP-enabled phone or to another device associated with the calling party. More specifically, an integrated content application is provided in which related content is displayed in a single window user interface. The content displayed can be determined by instructions received by the integrated content application. Different items of content can be displayed in sequence, but are not displayed simultaneously. Moreover, one item of content can provide context for another item of content. In addition, one item of content can be presented in non-real time, while the other related item of content can be presented in real time.

The drop is intercepted the information is formatted for the receiving application. The information is formatted to meet the specifications of the receiving application to optimize the storage and use of the information. Thus, the system can translate the information from its native format into a format understandable by the receiving application.

The trusted group is a set of two or more devices which can communicate securely to exchange information about the states of the devices. After the establishment of the trusted group, the two or more devices may communicate through a secure connection established between the members of the trusted group. Each device may then execute normally and may encounter events that change the status of the device. Information about the locking or unlocking of the computer can be exchanged with the other members of the trusted group and the other members may also lock or unlock in concert.
