An account may be used to electronically process transactions by a user, which may include use of a digital wallet that may store payment instruments used for transaction processing. The user may access an online platform for a service provider that provides a service to the user and bills the user for the service. The online platform may provide transaction processing services for the user's bills. The user may request a secure communication link be established between the service provider's billing platform and the user's digital wallet so that when billing data is available on the billing platform, the data may be pulled by the digital wallet from the platform and loaded to the user's digital wallet for processing.

Content of the online posts may be analyzed to determine whether it is related to a prohibited transaction or an inquiry for a product or a service offered by the entity. Actions may be automatically performed to prevent the prohibited transaction from occurring. Resources related to the product or the service may be offered in response to the online post.

Blockchain may be used to facilitate collection, storage, and sharing of encrypted audit records. Based on shared encrypted information (e.g. from the blockchain or elsewhere) a content evaluation consensus may be formed. Collections of encrypted audit records may be processed and results of the processing may also be shared via the blockchain. Subsequent operations can include sharing of the processing results.

Abstract: Machine learning techniques are used to improve internet website and domain monitoring technology by classifying content using a trained algorithm. Based on crawling the web pages of a site, a machine learning classifier can be used to determine a composite content score for the website. Changes in the composite content score can be evaluated over time via multiple samplings of the website using the trained machine learning classifier. Additional weighting information can also be used as a factor in measuring website content change over time. Various change thresholds can be used with output of a machine learning classifier to determine content shifts over time.
