  • Patent number: 12093845
Abstract: A method is provided for performing dynamic inferencing at a node configured to communicate with other nodes of an IoT hierarchy. In the method, a schema for an asset object associated with one or more of at least one physical process and at least one physical device is received at the node. The schema is formatted according to an inferencing engine model format. An artificial intelligence model capable of being executed in an inferencing engine is received at the node. Data indicative of one or more of a current state of at least one physical process and a current state of at least one physical device is received at the node. The received data according to the schema and an inferencing engine are processed at the node. The inferencing engine generates a new predictive attribute based on the set of attributes, and the processing normalizes the received data according to the schema to generate normalized data, the normalized data includes the predictive attribute from the inferencing engine.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a virtual DJ system that utilizes one or more cameras and an Infrared sensors to measure the audience's heartbeat rate, breathing rate and body temperature in order to determine audience engagement levels. The system utilizes a processing unit to analyze the sensor data from the cameras and infrared sensor. The processing unit can further select and play media content based on the determined audience engagement levels. The virtual DJ system determines an initial playlist based on the time of day. The virtual DJ system updates the initial playlist based on one or more of changes in the audience's heartbeat rate at the start of the media content or any significant beat change in the media content, characteristic movement patterns of the audience and/or the engagement level of the audience with the media content being played.

  • Patent number: 12086528
Abstract: The embodiments herein describe authenticating a photomask used to fabricate an IC or a wafer. Because the IC may have been fabricated at a third-party IC manufacturer, the customer may want to ensure the manufacturer did not mistakenly use an incorrect mask, or that the mask was not altered or replaced with a rogue mask by a nefarious actor. That is, the embodiments herein can be used to identify when an IC manufacture (whether trusted or not) mistakenly used the wrong photomask, or to verify that a third-party IC manufacturer did not tamper with or replace the authentic photomask with a rogue mask. Advantageously, the embodiments herein can create a secure IC fabrication process to catch mistakes as well as ensure that non-trusted third-parties did not introduce defects into the IC.

  • Publication number: 20240297199
Abstract: A pixelated electronic sensor is disclosed for imaging from infra-red to ultraviolet wavelengths, composed of a CMOS integrated circuit plus layers of nano-materials monolithically integrated via low temperature post-processing. Co-design, simulation, and integration methods for the device are described. Each pixel has color-resolved single photon sensitivity without dark counts and without inefficiency. The device operates at temperatures above 70° Kelvin. Current state of the art imagers that can color-resolve single photons are of bolometric or filter type. Bolometric devices must operate at temperature below 1° Kelvin and are limited to few pixels. Devices that use filters are inefficient as all the photons rejected by a filter are wasted. Single photon imagers that operate at non-cryogenic temperature (like Silicon Photomultipliers) have large dark counts typically measured in MHz/cm2.
