  • Patent number: 11868147
Abstract: A system may be configured to monitor an amount of a gas species in a processing chamber using Optical Emission Spectrometry. The gas measurement may be provided as feedback to a control process that generates a target setpoint for a gas flow controller into the process chamber. This real-time process may increase/decrease the flow rate of the gas in order to maintain a process deposition mode within a transition region between primarily metallic deposition and primarily compound deposition.

  • Patent number: 11562388
Abstract: In an example embodiment, a series of machine learned models are trained and utilized in conjunction with each other to improve the reliability of predictions of fuel costs. One of these models is specifically trained to learn the “gap” time for a particular retail location, meaning the amount of time between when the futures contract market price on a trading exchange making up the fuel blend has the most correlation with the retail price of that fuel blend (for that particular location). This greatly enhances the reliability of the predictions of fuel costs, and, as described in detail herein, these predictions may be used in a number of different applications in unique ways.

  • Patent number: 11379865
Abstract: In an example embodiment, multiple machine learned models are used to continually learn from data to update various prediction models. Prediction of item prices, at the production and distribution point level, and utilizing this information along with other item information, such as crop yield, operational cost, and storage cost in the case of arming, may be used to solve the long- and short-term planning problems of farmers and help in decision making based on daily and the most up-to-date forecasts.

  • Patent number: 9208457
Abstract: A method and apparatus for flight planning. Routes from a start point to an end point are identified for a flight of an aircraft from a database of routes. A plurality of different types of routes is present in the database of routes. A number of characteristics of the aircraft are applied to the routes to identify a performance of the aircraft for the routes using a number of weather conditions for the flight. The routes are ranked based on the performance of the aircraft on the routes in meeting a number of goals for the flight to form ranked routes. A portion of the ranked routes are displayed.
