    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a wireless communications system may support machine learning and may configure a user equipment (UE) for machine learning. The UE may transmit, to a base station, a request message that includes an indication of a machine learning model or a neural network function based at least in part on a trigger event. In response to the request message, the base station may transmit a machine learning model, a set of parameters corresponding to the machine learning model, or a configuration corresponding to a neural network function and may transmit an activation message to the UE to implement the machine learning model and the neural network function.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for p providing a risk response and communication system. An embodiment operates by determining that a workflow associated with an organization indicates an action to be taken by a role within the organization upon the detection of an organizational risk. An organizational risk is detected. Contact information associated with the role is determined, wherein the contact information includes a user account. A message notifying the user account associated with the role of the organizational risk is sent, wherein the notification includes an indication to take the action. It is determined whether a response indicating the action has been completed is received within a time threshold. The user account is monitored until either the response is received or the expiration of the time threshold.
