Abstract: A system and method for generating electricity from a flowing fluid, the system comprising a smart flow concentrator including an energy harvester, and a central computer and control system for controlling the operation of the smart flow concentrator and of the energy harvester. The energy harvester includes a drive foil section including a plurality of drive foils configured to generate electricity from the fluid flow passing through the smart flow concentrator.
