Abstract: Systems and methods for annotated data collection in an electronic messaging platform. One example system includes a machine learning database and an electronic processor communicatively coupled to the machine learning database. The electronic processor is configured to receive a plurality of electronic messages. The electronic processor is configured to select a sample message set from the plurality of electronic messages. The electronic processor is configured to add an actionable message to each electronic message of the sample message set. The electronic processor is configured to receive an actionable message selection from an electronic messaging client. The actionable message selection includes a user label indication and a message identifier. The electronic processor is configured to store the actionable message selection in the machine learning database.

Abstract: A system and method for determining collaboration strength among users in an enterprise is described. The system identifies a plurality of users of an enterprise. The system accesses user interaction data from one or more applications operating within the enterprise. The user interaction data indicate interactions among the plurality of users using the one or more applications. The system computes collaboration metrics for a user of the plurality of users based on the user interaction data, computes a collaboration strength score based the collaboration metrics for the user, and provides the collaboration strength score to a client device of the user.

Abstract: Techniques for optimizing electronic calendars are disclosed. One or more alternative meeting times for a new meeting or an existing (e.g., previously scheduled) meeting are determined and suggested to at least one attendee. The one or more alternative meetings are proposed at times that reduce the amount of time between meetings and increase the amount of focus time of at least one attendee to the meeting. Focus time is a given time period where a user can focus on a task, such as a work assignment, without any scheduled interruptions (e.g., without any scheduled meetings).
