  • Publication number: 20260244484
Abstract: Systems and methods for allocating and managing computing resources are described. The system may use a flexible computing rack which includes a plurality of server devices, an artificial intelligence engine, and power distribution units to manage and allocate data computation in a data center. The system may execute computational allocation based on interruption factors which include prioritization of tasks, electrical power consumption, device temperatures, and provide for state preservation and seamless resumption of interrupted workloads. The artificial intelligence engine may collect data representative of these characteristics of the data center, train machine learning models on rack-specific operational patterns, and provide efficiency enhancements and optimization for data computation through autonomous workload orchestration that responds to both internal rack conditions and external grid signals.

  • Publication number: 20260238977
Abstract: A method for providing text-to-911 services for roaming wireless devices includes receiving, from a roaming user endpoint device in a wireless communications network, a session initiation protocol message containing a text message to emergency services, retrieving, from a policy and charging rules function of the wireless communications network, an identity of the roaming user endpoint device, modifying a header of the session initiation protocol message to include the identity of the roaming user endpoint device, and forwarding the session initiation protocol message, including the header as modified, to an internet protocol short message gateway of the wireless communication network for conversion to a short message peer-to-peer message and forwarding to a text to 911 control center.

  • Publication number: 20260139704
Abstract: A radome panel fastener system may include a first bolt including a first shaft having a first annular cavity. The first shaft may be threaded in a first configuration and the first annular cavity may be threaded in a second configuration. The second annular cavity may be threaded in the first configuration to receive the first shaft threaded therein after passing through a first panel. The retainer may include an anti-rotation mechanism configured to interact with the first panel to inhibit rotation of the retainer relative to the first panel. The system may also include a second bolt including a second shaft. The second shaft may be threaded in the second configuration and may be configured to pass through a second hole in a second panel. The first annular cavity may receive the second shaft therein.

  • Patent number: 10069738
Abstract: A single cellular radio is enabled to support multiple phone lines and data service. The system can be split into two parts: a telephone adapter that receives input from one or more phone lines, and a wireless hot spot communicably coupled to one or more telephone adapters that transmits communications associated with the phone lines and data service to the mobile network. The telephone adapter can include phone jacks, WiFi, and LAN connections and also some traffic management functionality that routes voice traffic to higher class of services than non-voice data. The wireless hotspot can then map communications with higher classes of service to dedicated bearers with guaranteed bitrates, and the lower classes of service to dedicated bearers with non-guaranteed bitrates or even default bearers.
