  • Publication number: 20250138521
Abstract: Techniques are provided for machine learning-based anomaly detection for repetitive tasks performed using edge instruments. One method includes obtaining sensor data characterizing an orientation and/or an acceleration of an edge instrument utilized to perform a repetitive task, comprising a sequence of actions, by a user. The sensor data is obtained from at least one sensor embedded in the edge instrument. The sensor data is applied to a machine learning model trained to identify a deviation from an expected sequence of actions associated with the repetitive task. The machine learning model is embedded in the edge instrument. An automated action is initiated in response to the machine learning model identifying the deviation from the expected sequence of actions.

  • Publication number: 20240394648
Abstract: A method includes capturing shipment milestone data of cost, insurance, and freight (CIF) shipments, recording the shipment milestone data within a distributed ledger, generating a training dataset using past shipment milestone data recorded within the distributed ledger, and generating a machine learning (ML) model configured with explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) based on the training dataset. The method also includes receiving information regarding a CIF shipment from a computing device, determining one or more relevant features from the information regarding the CIF shipment, the relevant features influencing prediction of a lead time for ownership transfer, and generating, using the ML model configured with XAI, a prediction of a lead time for ownership transfer with an explanation of the prediction for the CIF shipment based on the determined relevant features. The method may also include sending the prediction of the lead time for ownership transfer with the explanation to the computing device.

  • Patent number: 11972386
Abstract: In a distributed ledger (DLT) network, a transaction, related to movement of a monitored entity from a first party's location to a second party's location, is monitored. The transaction is associated with a respective real-time status and with at least a first predetermined milestone. Sensor outputs from an IoT enabled sensor that is operably coupled to the monitored entity, are received while the monitored entity is located remotely from the first and second parties during its movement from the first location to the second location. Updates to a real-time status of the monitored entity, relating to progress towards a milestone, are determined based on the received sensor outputs. The transaction is updated, in real time, on the DLT network when the milestone is reached. Information is communicated relating to the update of the transaction and the first predetermined milestone, in real-time, to the first party and the second party.

  • Publication number: 20240020734
Abstract: A system is provided for selectively implementing an electronic transaction based on proximity detection of a user device. The electronic transaction includes primary parameters in the form of the user device being within a distance of a location by a predefined time, and secondary parameters in the form of a bid amount and a bid recipient. The system includes a central server and the user device having a UI configured to receive secondary parameters and being in communication with the central server. The user device further includes a location module for selective location tracking of the user device by the central server. Primary and secondary parameters are transmitted to the central server and the central server conditionally pre-authorizes the electronic transaction such that if the primary parameters are not met, the electronic transaction is implemented based on the secondary parameters.
