  • Patent number: 11938249
Abstract: The present technology relates generally to endovascular prostheses. More particularly, the disclosure relates to endovascular prostheses having an outer surface of a graft material thereof associated with a hydrogel composition, which may swell upon implantation within a blood vessel, thereby mediating various complications associated with endovascular procedures. • Publication number: 20240020951
Abstract: A plant treatment platform uses a plant detection model to detect plants as the plant treatment platform travels through a field. The plant treatment platform receives image data from a camera that captures images of plants (e.g., crops or weeds) growing in the field. The plant treatment platform applies pre-processing functions to the image data to prepare the image data for processing by the plant detection model. For example, the plant treatment platform may reformat the image data, adjust the resolution or aspect ratio, or crop the image data. The plant treatment platform applies the plant detection model to the pre-processed image data to generate bounding boxes for the plants. The plant treatment platform then can apply treatment to the plants based on the output of the machine-learned model.

  • Publication number: 20220303636
Abstract: Technologies are disclosed for providing captioning for media content that may be performed by a media control device. An input may be received indicating at least one request for caption content for at least a part of the media content. One or more frames of the media content that may correspond to the request for caption content may be ascertained. Specific content from the one or more frames of the media content that may correspond to the request for caption content may be ascertained. At least one source of the caption content may be identified. The caption content may be provided in a format such that the caption content may be displayable with the one or more frames of the media content, for example in modified presentation of the media content.

  • Publication number: 20220207881
Abstract: A control system of a farming machine is configured to identify obstruction in a field from image data of the field. The control system accesses an obstruction model configured to identify obstructions in a field from image data of the field. The obstruction model is generated by accessing image data of obstructions in a training field, each obstruction corresponding to a prescribed action occurring at a prescribed time, labelling the image data of the obstructions, and training the obstruction model based on the labelled image data. The control system captures image data of the field including an obstruction and inputs the image data into the obstruction model. Responsive to identifying the obstruction in the field, the control system modifies treatment instructions of the farming machine such that the farming machine performs a implements a farming objective while avoiding the obstruction in the field.

  • Publication number: 20220058770
Abstract: A farming machine identifies and treats a plant as the farming machine travels through a field. The farming machine includes an array of tiled image sensors for capturing images of the field. A control system identifies an active region in the captured images and generates a tiled image that includes the active region. The control system applies image processing functions to identify the plant in the tiled image and actuates a treatment mechanism to treat the identified plant. The control system causes the array of image sensors to capture the image, identifies the plant, and actuates the treatment mechanism in real time as the farming machine travels through the field.

  • Publication number: 20220047374
Abstract: A stent graft system includes a stent graft an inflatable fill structure, and a cuff. The inflatable fill structure at least partially surrounds the stent graft. In various arrangements, the inflatable fill structure has a cavity that is bifurcated. A portion of the cavity is configured to receive a branch stent graft for connection to the stent graft. The cuff is fillable and is located outside of the inflatable fill structure, and allows for providing a seal with a wall of a blood vessel. The cuff and the inflatable fill structure are separately fillable from each other to different pressures with fill medium. In various arrangements, the cuff has a tapered shape such that it is wider at one end than at an opposite end when filled with a fill medium. A method includes filling the cuff to a higher pressure than a pressure of the inflatable fill structure.

  • Patent number: 11147952
Abstract: A medical device includes an inflatable balloon defining an interior surface and an exterior surface, and a coating including a therapeutic agent disposed on the exterior surface of the inflatable balloon. The coating has a release transition temperature within a range from about 25° C. to about 50° C. When the temperature of the coating is below the release transition temperature, the coating retains at least a portion of the therapeutic agent on the exterior of the inflatable balloon. When the temperature of the coating is above the release transition temperature, the coating releases at least a portion of the therapeutic agent from the exterior of the inflatable balloon.

  • Patent number: 11023726
Abstract: A plant treatment system automatically adjusts camera operation parameters for a camera used by the plant treatment system to identify and treat plants in a field. The plant treatment system can generate image segments of images received from the camera and classify the image segments based on whether the image segments represent plants. The plant treatment system determines whether each of the image segments is over- or under-exposed and adjusts the camera operation parameters for the camera based on the exposure classification of the image segments. Alternatively, the plant treatment system may use a plant detection model to identify plant pixels within an image that represent plants. The plant treatment system can then determine whether the identified plant pixels are over- or under-exposed and adjust the camera operation parameters accordingly.

  • Patent number: 10595981
Abstract: The present technology relates generally to endovascular prostheses. More particularly, the disclosure relates to endovascular prostheses having a graft material and a stent structure attached with a suture, or a seam formed by a suture, where the suture has a coating that expands upon exposure to body fluids. The expansion allows for the coating to fill suture holes in the graft material so as to reduce or eliminate endoleaks.

  • Patent number: 10325095
Abstract: An approach is provided for controlling a task to perform a change ticket. The task is correlated with user(s) authorized to initiate execution of command(s) to perform the task and with an authorized location. A requestor is determined to be in the authorized location by receiving verification from physical access control system(s). The requestor is determined to be logged into a first computer system at the authorized location and to have utilized the first computer system to request execution of one of the command(s). The requestor is determined to be remotely logged into a second computer system via the first computer system. The requestor is determined to be one of the authorized user(s) correlated with the task. Based in part on determining the requestor is one of the authorized user(s) subsequent to determining the requestor is remotely logged into the second computer system, the requested command is executed.

  • Publication number: 20190159882
Abstract: The techniques of this disclosure generally relate to a prosthesis including framed biodegradable yarn graft material having a frame and biodegradable yarns combined with the frame. The biodegradable yarns seal tissue integration openings within the frame. The frame provides long term mechanical strength while the biodegradable yarns provide acute strength and impermeability to prevent endoleaks. As the biodegradable yarns degrade, the drop in textile density creates tissue integration openings, through which tissue grows. The integrate of tissue into the framed biodegradable yarn graft material provides biological fixation of the prosthesis in vessels and prevents endoleaks and migration of the prosthesis.
