    Abstract: Quality of service for mesh networks is described. In embodiment(s), communication data can be prioritized as priority data and/or non-priority data for communication from a source node to a destination node in a mesh network. A first route in the mesh network can be determined to communicate the priority data from the source node to the destination node based on a minimum number of intermediate nodes via which the priority data is communicated. Additionally, a second route in the mesh network can be determined to communicate the non-priority data from the source node to the destination node based on a highest bit rate to communicate the non-priority data. A time duration to communicate the priority via the first route is less than a time duration to communicate the non-priority data via the second route.

Memory is configured to store a schedule that identifies first intervals for allowing communication using the first signals and second intervals for allowing communication using the second signals. A coexistence circuit is configured to allow the first transceiver to transmit the first signals only during the first intervals, allow the second transceiver to transmit the second signals only during the second intervals, and cause the first transceiver to transmit, prior to each of the second intervals, a message that indicates a duration of a respective one of the second intervals.

The first processor transitions between first and second power modes. The network device includes a second processor and first and second interfaces. The second processor, while the first processor is in the second power mode, (i) causes the second interface to transmit a beacon, or (ii) receives a probe request from a client device. The second interface, while the first processor is in the second power mode, (i) transmits a probe response over a wireless local area network to the client device based on the beacon or the probe request, and (ii) receives an authentication frame from the client device based on the probe response. The second processor, in response to the authentication frame, signals the first processor via the first interface to transition to the first power mode.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes techniques and apparatuses for multi-network communication. In some aspects a first packet is transmitted via a wireless interface effective to prevent a device associated with a first wireless network from transmitting data packets. The wireless interface is then configured for communication via a second wireless network for a first duration of time and a second packet is transmitted via the wireless interface. Transmission of the second packet is effective to cause a peer device associated with the second wireless network to transmit data packets during the first duration of time. The wireless interface is then configured for communication via the first wireless network for a second duration of time effective to enable reception of the data packets that the device was previously prevented from transmitting.
