Abstract: Systems and methods discussed herein relate to a system for detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions through collecting requests for website access, stored-card trades and sales, and transactions using physical or electronically issued credit, debit, stored-value, and other cards. The fraud detection system not only flags individual transactions, but is also configured to dynamically track and update banned/watch lists associated with request artifacts and cards in order to catch and prevent individual actors as well as BOTs, at least by adjusting the thresholds used to evaluate risk scores and what is placed on the banned/watch lists based upon requests received as well as information from financial institutions, merchants, government agencies, and watchdog groups. The system is also configured to provide information to those groups.

Abstract: A method and system for tracking and rewarding distributors and/or distribution partners is disclosed. The method includes receiving a gift card redemption request for funding a subscription account associated with a customer. The gift card redemption request comprises a gift card identifier and a gift amount associated with a gift card for availing a subscription service using the subscription account. The method also includes determining if the subscription account created by the customer is a new subscription account. Further, the method includes tracking the subscription account by assigning a customer identifier for the subscription account, acquiring a subscription service amount for the subscription service availed by the customer and identifying a distributor associated with sale of the gift card to the customer. Furthermore, the method includes facilitating calculation of incentive for the distributor based at least on the subscription service amount and the gift amount.

A notification of a customer interaction from a customer is received within a retailer network. Based on at least one messaging channel and at least one interaction type in the notification, the system determines that an active conversation with the customer is open. A natural language processing (NLP) model is then selected based on one or more conversation markers in the active conversation. At least one customer intent is determined with respect to one or more entities, and a response to the customer interaction is generated based on the at least one customer intent and the one or more entities.

A database of federated customer profiles is accessed, with the federating customer profiles including purchase and transaction history for the customer across multiple retailers. The profile is analyzed based on the transaction history, product data for previous transactions, and one or more customer insights, and one or more individualized product recommendations are generated based on the analysis of the federated customer profile. An individualized transaction message is then generated, the message including the one or more individualized product recommendations.
