  • Patent number: 12271280
Abstract: A method for testing a computer system. The method includes executing by a testing tool a performance test case associated with a service of the computer system, and applying by the testing tool a load to the computer system in response to executing a sequence of actions of the performance test case. The method additionally includes monitoring by a monitoring tool experience parameters of the computer system that define a user experience of the service as the performance test case is executed, and aggregating by the monitoring tool the experience parameters. The method further includes communicating by the monitoring tool and actual result to the testing tool, and comparing by the testing tool the expected result of the performance test case with the actual result of the performance test case to evaluate the impact of the applied load to the experience of the service.

  • Publication number: 20250036558
Abstract: A test orchestration engine can create a unitary test configured to perform multiple tests of an application program with a single journey. The engine can identify actions performable by the application program and determine, based on a machine learning (ML) model, those actions that are performable sequentially to validate a set of features of the application program. The system creates the unitary test protocol including a directed sequence of actions to validate the set of features for the test protocols. The system then causes execution of the unitary test protocol to generate a result indicative of performance of the application program.

  • Publication number: 20240354225
Abstract: A method for testing a computer system. The method includes executing a test batch including a plurality of separate test cases, generating a plurality of test logs in response to the execution of the test batch, and identifying automatically a subset of test logs of the plurality of test logs associated with a failed test case of the plurality of test cases prior to the conclusion of the execution of the test batch. The method additionally includes sorting automatically the subset of test logs into a specific arrangement prior to the conclusion of the execution of the test batch, determining automatically a cause of the failure of the failed test case based on the arrangement of the sorted subset of test logs, and aborting the execution of the test batch based on the determination of the cause of the failure of the failed test case.

  • Patent number: 11755402
Abstract: A method of performing root cause analysis of communication system testing results and submitting communication system defect tickets along with associated previously resolved communication system defect tickets that provide insights for repairing the communication system defects. The method comprises categorizing by a categorization engine error messages in logs received from applications undergoing test, remediating the test data errors and rerunning a test case by a test data error handling script, for each error message categorized as a valid error, searching a data store by a valid error handling script to identify previously resolved defect tickets that match the valid error, and, for each error message categorized as a valid error, generating a defect ticket by the valid error handling script that describes the error message categorized as a valid error and identifies at least some of the previously resolved defect tickets that match the valid error.

  • Patent number: 11301368
Abstract: A test environment availability system is disclosed that comprises test servers that include JAVA virtual machines (JVMs), applications executing on the JVMs, and monitoring tools. The system comprises a server including an application that receives a mapping of each function to applications executing on one or more of the test servers that enable an end-to-end journey of the function, obtains operational statuses of the JVMs and the applications on the test servers from the monitoring tools, coalesces each of the operational statuses with a corresponding function based on the mapping to create a coalesced operational statuses mapping, applies a rules set to the coalesced operational statuses mapping, determines whether each function is operational based on the application of the rules set, and creates and provides a dashboard based on the determination that illustrates each function and each function's operational status to an electronic device for display on the electronic device.
